Thermal Oil Heating Equipment Special For Die Casting

Industrial Electric Heated Thermal Fluid Heater is used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit's electric immersion heater and recirculating the heat transfer fluid in the system. Circulate high-temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control.

According to different heat transfer fluid, COOLINGFUN brings two heating systems: One is Hot Water Heater (adopt clean city water as the circulating medium, the heating temperature is available up to 180°C), the other is Thermal Oil Heater (adopt heat transfer oil like MOBIL 605 as the circulation medium, the heating temperature is available up to 400°C). Besides these two regular systems, COOLINGFUN also provides other special systems and accept the custom-designed systems by unique demands.

Remark: 1. CFDC stands for the single-circuit control type unit, and CFDM stands for the double-circuit control type unit.
                2. This series adopts high temp. the magnetic force driving pump, designed with force cooling and oil return function when the die is suctioned.
                3. Above specifications are only a part of the CFDC/CFDM series, different heating capacity and pump specifications are customizable.
                4. Above specifications are based on CONTACTOR control mode, SSR or SCR control mode is optional too.
                5. We reserve the rights to make changes without notification, the final specification is subject to our quotation.
