Integral Type Industrial Water Cooled Screw Water Chiller With VSD and Pump GroupsBRIEF DESCRIPTIONThe Integral Type Industrial Water Cooled Screw Water Chiller makes the main chiller unit, buffer tank, chilled/cooling pump groups, VSD control cabinet and all the connecting pipes, valves, strainers, temperature/pressure instruments etc on one or two skids, the main chiller type could be air-cooled or water-cooled cooling method unit, the user can freely choose the optional parts or functions according to their actual needs.
This design can not only help improve the central control of the whole system, to guarantee the system stable running performance and automatic monitoring, but also help to save the installation cost and time, the basic configuration consists of following parts:
- Water Cooled Screw Chiller Unit: 1 SET
- Stainless steel buffer tank(OPTIONAL): 1PC
- Cooling Water Pump(Connect cooling tower and chiller): 1 PC
- Chilled Water Pump(Connect chiller and user's loading equipment): 2 PCS (1use, 1standby)
- Electric control cabinet and manual control switches of chilled water pumps: 1 SET
- Power source and VSD cabinet(OPTIONAL): 1 SET
- Display instruments in cooling circuits(Pressure gauge, Thermometer): 1 SET

3- The designed pressure resistance in the water side of evaporator and condenser is 1.0MPa.a.4- Under nominal conditions, the fouling factor is: 0.018m2?°C/KW in the water side of evaporator; 0.044m2?°C/KW in the water side of condenser.
5- Input Power: Allowable fluctuate voltage: ±5%; allowable voltage difference in phase: ±2%.
